'CrumblePlate originated from a dream: to offer real Neapolitan pizza in London. Established by the Rossi family in 1985, our pizzeria began as a quaint, family-operated business with long-standing family recipes.
Marco Rossi, our pioneer, mastered the craft of pizza creation during her journey across Italy, learning from renowned pizza makers in Naples—the cradle of pizza. After returning to the UK, her aspiration was to recreate the essence of classic Italian pizza, adhering to time-honored techniques and selecting only top-notch ingredients.
Our journey started with a cozy 12-seat pizzeria and has since flourished into a cherished neighborhood fixture. Nevertheless, our dedication to excellence and genuine Italian craftsmanship has remained steadfast. We continue to utilize traditional wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough freshly each day, and choose the finest ingredients available.
To this day, 'CrumblePlate' is still under the ownership and management of the Rossi family, with the second generation now at the helm of our zealous team. Although we've adopted some contemporary innovations, the essence of our mission is unaltered: producing scrumptious, genuine pizzas that unite people.
